I am writing you today to express my deep appreciation for your help with my Total Loss claim on my 2002 Cadillac Escalade with State Farm. I was extremely frustrated from dealing with State Farm for two months and had gotten nowhere. State Farm continued to refuse to give me the fair market value for my vehicle. I turned the claim over to Appraisal Group of America and within 1 month I received more money from State Farm then I was asking for initially. What a miracle.
