USAA went ahead and offered me almost $3,000 more than my last offer of $12,400 for my 2009 Chevy Cobalt. I am extremely satisfied with the new offer and I am going to go ahead and settle the claim with USAA. I am amazed that after only 3 days USAA increased their offer so quickly.
