My Lotus was hit, while parked, by a driver insured by Allstate. They refused to pay diminuition of value on the vehicle for four months. The judge reviewed the appraisal and awarded me the legal maximum in California. Monica and Terry have been great to work with, and in the unfortunate situation this happens again, I won't hesitate to come back.
