I wanted to drop you a note regarding how happy I was with Appraisal Group of America's service. After my 2003 Volkswagen was in a wreck then fixed I tried to trade in my vehicle at the local Volkswagen dealership. The Volkswagen Dealership stated with the 5 hours of frame damage from the wreck they were not able to put my 2003 vehicle on their car lot. They told me I needed to hire an attorney and fight Nationwide to get Diminished Value from the wreck. I almost dropped the case. Dealing with attorneys is not my favorite thing. I called a few attorneys and they all wanted to sue Nationwide Insurance Company. They also stated not to expect a payment for at least a year. I happen to look up Diminished Value on the internet and found Appraisal Group of America. I spoke with Monica and she stated with Appraisal Group of America's help their clients typically get paid within 30-45 days for diminished value. I was hesitant but for the nominal fee I felt like I had nothing to lose. I knew I did not want to sue Nationwide. Within 41 days I had a check for $6,100 for diminished value.
