I have a check for $6,976.00 in my hand. I cannot believe Allstate only offered me $878.00. If I had not have contacted Appraisal Group of America, I would have been stuck fighting with improper ammunition. The Diminished Value report I received from Appraisal Group of America obviously was what I needed.
