I believe we have come to a settlement with The Hartford. They will pay me $25,864 for my loss, minus my deductible of $500 up from $19,000. That should be enough to pay off the Mustang and still have a good $5,000 to put down on a new car plus pay the sales taxes on it. Thank you so much for your help and prompt action. I believe I would still be in limbo if you had not done the appraisal and taken action for us.
