I called Appraisal Group of America and hired them that day. They told me they could get my car totaled from turning in a Diminished Value claim. I was hesitant but went for it anyway. The insurance company, State Farm, had been torturing me, giving me the run-around. I would call the adjuster many times a day and they would call me back — if I was lucky, one time a week. I had nothing to lose. The appraisal was turned in to State Farm in Texas the next day and the adjuster called that day and totaled my car. Thank God for Appraisal Group of America. I really believe they saved me $15,000 and much heartache.
