Thank You Letter From Total Loss Appraisal Client

This letter from a customer thanks one of our appraisers for help getting an extra $3,000 for his Total Loss claim. He says of the insurance company (USAA) that "Their refusal to negotiate at all with me was surprising and I am glad that I found your outfit." The client comments that "Without your expertise I never would have gotten the over $21K plus tax from them."

Dear Mr. Fisher:

Thanks for your tenacious persistence in prosecuting my claim with USAA. Their initial and unbending offer of $18k plus tax was well below the cost of a similar, replacement vehicle. Their refusal to negotiate at all with me was surprising and I am glad that I found your outfit. I appreciate your efforts and patience in dealing with and around the USAA representative tasked to handle my case. Without your expertise, I never would have gotten the over $21k plus tax from them.

I have recommended you to my friends and will continue to do so in the future.
