I turned in my claim to State Farm and they initially turned me down for Diminished Value for my 2002 BMW X5 with $15,761 in repairs. After 2 months with no offer from State Farm, just the run-around, they told me to get documentation. I spoke with Appraisal Group of America and they sent me a DV appraisal that day. They faxed it over to State Farm and within two weeks, I was going to the State Farm office to get my check for $22,500. Thanks so much. It was the best $300 I have ever spent.
