I am almost in tears I am so happy. After spending over a month talking to Progressive trying to persuade them to give me the correct amount on my 01 Ford Excursion they only would hire ADP Auto Source who was offering me nothing for the value of my truck. ADP Auto Source stated the value of my truck was approximately $10,000. I had put over $7,000 in upgrades into the vehicle and ADP was giving me $200 for my upgrades. I was very at upset Progressive. I called Appraisal Group of America and spoke with Terry Fisher, the owner. Terry put me at ease and I hired Appraisal Group of America to complete my appraisal. Within 2 weeks, Terry came back to me with a new offer of $17, 635. I am beyond happy. I will tell everyone about your service and I will call you if I ever need an appraisal again.
