- The purchaser must have made all documents requested available to Autoloss.com.
- Evidence of 2 Different Demand Letters sent to the At-fault driver and insurance company from the purchaser
- Evidence of filing with the Department of Insurance in the State the loss occurred against the At- fault Insurance Co. including a response in writing from them.
- Evidence of filing against the Plaintiff in Small Claims Court and the court's determination.

If after reasonably exhausting all means of collection, submitting our appraisal report and following our instructions completely you do not get an increase to your claim from the insurance company or by the court system by at least the appraisal fee, we will refund our appraisal fee and send you a refund check.
